بازگشایی مجدد سرمایه گذاری 180 هزار دلاری کبک در شهریور ماه 1393- The Ministère Quebec will receive a maximum of 1750 applications under the Quebec Investor Program in 2014

یکی از بهترین برنامه های مهاجرت به کانادا، مجددا مهاجر می پذیرد. سال گذشته نیز کبک با موفقیت تعداد پرونده در این گروه را پذیرفت.(لینک خبر) اداره مهاجرت کبک طی خبری ظرفیت پذیرش بخش سرمایه گذاری خود را در سال 2014 اعلام کرد. از تاریخ September 8 and 19, 2014 برابر 17الی 28 شهریور 1393  تعداد  1750 پرونده در بخش سرمایه گذاری کبک پذیرفته خواهد شد. و به دلیل حجم زیاد پرونده ها از کشور چین، از هر کشور بیش از 1200 پرونده پذیرفته نخواهد شد. همچنین از تاریخ December 1and 12, 2014 برابر 10 الی 21 آذر ماه 1393 بخش تکمیل ظرفیت مجددا پرونده می گیرد. با توجه به حجم زیاد تقاضا برای برنامه سرمایه گذاری کبک Quebec Investor Program اداره مهاجرت کبک هر پرونده دریافتی را به صورت رندوم شماره گذاری می کند و فقط 1750 پرونده اولی را بررسی می کند و بقیه پرونده ها بازگشت داده خواهد شد.

اداره مهاجرت کبک شرایط زیر را برای برنامه سرمایه گذاری کبک (180 هزار دلاری) وضع نمود:

1-       فقط سرمایه گذارانی که دارای مدرک زبان فرانسه در سطح متوسط باشند می توانند بدون توجه به تعداد 1750 پرونده، فایل خود را ارسال کنند.

2-      بررسی پرونده های افرادی که دانش زبان فرانسه دارند در اولویت خواهد بود.

3-      پرونده کسانیکه مدرک زبان فرانسه ندارند از تاریخ September 8 and 19, 2014 برابر 17الی 28 شهریور 1393  دریافت خواهد شد.

4-      از تاریخ December 1and 12, 2014 برابر 10 الی 21 آذر ماه 1393 بخش تکمیل ظرفیت مجددا پرونده می گیرد.

5-      هر فرد مجاز به ارسال فقط یک پرونده است.

6-      پرونده کشورهای چین، هنگ گنگ، ماکائو در دفتر هنگ کنگ پذیرش می شود.

7-      پرونده دیگر کشورها می بایست به دفتر مونترال ارسال گردد.

Quebec Investors Program 2014

Maximum number of applications

The Ministère will receive, between September 8 and 19, 2014, a maximum of 1750 applications for a selection certificate under the Investor Program, with a maximum of 1200 applications per country. If, after this period, the maximum number of 1750 applications has not been attained, candidates will also be able to submit their applications between December 1 and 12, 2014. Each application submitted will be randomly numbered and classified. The first 1750 applications classified in this manner will be processed. The other applications will be returned to the candidates.

This maximum number of applications does not apply to you if:

you have advanced intermediate knowledge of French demonstrated by a standardized test.

Priority processing

Your application will be eligible for priority processing if you have advanced intermediate knowledge of French demonstrated by a standardized test.

Requirements for submitting an application

The first application intake period will be from September 8 to 19, 2014 for candidates who do not have intermediate advanced knowledge of French. You may submit an application at any time up to March 31, 2015 if you have advanced intermediate knowledge of French demonstrated by a standardized test.

If the maximum number of 1750 applications has not been attained after the period between September 8 and 19, 2014, you can also submit your application between December 1 and 12, 2014.

You can only submit one application.

Applications from China, Hong Kong and Macao must be sent by regular mail to the Bureau d’immigration du Québec in Hong Kong.

Applications from any other territory must be send by regular mail to the Direction du courrier, de l’encaissement et de l'évaluation comparative in Montréal.

Note that only the Ministère’s stamp will constitute proof of the date of receipt of your application.

Entrepreneurs and self-employed workers

Maximum number of applications

The Ministère will accept a maximum of 500 applications for a selection certificate under the Entrepreneur and Self-Employed Worker programs. Applications received beyond this maximum limit will be returned to the candidates.

Note that only the Ministère’s stamp will constitute proof of the date of receipt of your application.

بعد از پایان یافتن مرحله قبلی پذیرش مهاجر کبک به تعداد 20هزار پرونده در سال 2013، اداره مهاجرت کبک از تاریخ April 1, 2014 برابر 12 فروردین 1393 ظرفیت پذیرش نیروی متخصص کبک برابر 6500 پرونده را تعیین نمود. این قوانین از 12 فروردین 1393 تا 11 فروردین 1394 پابرجا خواهد بود. پرونده های خارج از این ظرفیت بازگشت داده خواهند شد.

این ظرفیت مشمول شما نخواهد شد اگر:

   1. دارای پیشنهاد شغلی معتبر باشید.
   2. قبولی کبک را دریافت کرده اید و پرونده شما در دست بررسی توسط فدرال باشد.
   3. در کبک مقیم باشید و شرایط دریافت CSQ را داشته باشید.
   4. پرونده خود را از طریق برنامه تجربه کبکی ارسال کرده باشید.(این برنامه مربوط به فارغ التحصیلان کبکی، دانشجویان بین المللی، افراد دارای ویزای کار موقت در کبک است)

اولویت بررسی مدارک بیشتر با ردیف 4 و 1 می باشد.

    1. دارای مدرک زبان فرانسه با نمره B2 به بالا باشید.

    2. رشته تحصیلی شما دارای امتیاز از 0تا16 طبق لیست مربوطه باشد.

    3. سابقه کاری بالای یکسال همراه با بیمه معتبر باشید.

    4. سن شما بیشترین امتیاز را تا محدوده زیر 35 سال دارا است.

    5. همسر شما از مدرک زبان و رشته تحصیلی خود امتیاز به شما می دهد.

    6. از فاکتور دارایی  و انطباق پذیری و ... امتیاز کافی را کسب کنید.

Since April 1, 2014, new rules have been adopted regarding the maximum number of applications for a Certificat de sélection du Québec submitted by permanent workers that will be received by the Ministère. These new rules will be in effect from April 1, 2014 to March 31, 20151.

The rules pertaining to the maximum number of applications that will be received do not in any way reflect a change in Québec’s immigration objectives . By limiting the number of applications received, the Ministère will be able to process a greater number of pending applications thereby reducing processing times.

Permanent workers

Maximum number of applications

The Ministère will receive a maximum of 6500 applications for a selection certificate under the Regular Skilled Worker Program. Applications received beyond this maximum limit will be returned to the candidates.

This maximum number of applications does not apply to you if:

you submit an application under the Programme de l’expérience québécoise (Québec experience program);

you have a valid employment offer in hand;

Citizenship and Immigration Canada has informed you that it has agreed to process your application for permanent residence in Canada;

you are a temporary resident and eligible to submit an application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec.

Note that only the Ministère’s stamp will constitute proof of the date of receipt of your application.

Applications will be processed according to the following order of priority:

applications from candidates submitted under the Programme de l’expérience québécoise (Québec experience program);

applications from candidates who submit a valid employment offer;

applications from candidates who obtain points under the factor Area of training.

همانطور که در خبرهای گذشته در مورد پذیرش نواسکاشیا بدون پیشنهاد شغلی و لیست مشاغل نواسکاشیا اعلام کردیم، اداره مهاجرت استان نواسکاشیا سوالات متقاضیان نیروی متخصص را به شرح زیر پاسخ داد:

-          با توجه به تعداد زیاد پرونده های دریافتی در این گروه RLMD توسط اداره مهاجرت نوا اسکوشیا، فقط 150 پرونده در تقویم کاری سال 2014 پذیرفته خواهدشد. پس همیشه از تعداد پذیرفته شده قبل از اقدام مطلع باشید.(برای اطلاع کافی است ایمیلی به موسسه مهاجرتی گنجی ارسال کنید[e-mail])

-          اگر شما در بین این 150 پرونده قبول شده نباشید، دو گزینه دارید:

• کنسل کردن پرونده خود .
• قراردادن پرونده در صف انتظار سال بعد 2015(نکته مثبتی که برای این گروه در نظر گرفته شده است.)

-          بعد از قبولی شما در بین پذیرفته شدگان سال 2014، نامه ای از سوی اداره مهاجرت نوا اسکوشیا دریافت خواهید کرد. با توجه به حجم زیاد پرونده های دریافتی پیش بینی میشود که طی 3تا 6ماه آینده بررسی اولیه صورت گیرد.(پیگیری در طی این مدت به هیچ وجه باعث تسریع نخواهد شد.)

-          مدارک تکمیلی یا نواقص بعد از قبولی، پذیرفته خواهد شد.

-          مدارک آیلتس آکادمیک نیز همانند جنرال پذیرفته می شود.(به شرطی که تاریخ مدرک اعتبار داشته باشد) همچنین مدرک زبان فرانسه یا انگلیسی قابل قبول است.

-          اگر پرونده مهاجرتی در استانهای دیگر کانادا دارید، بازهم می توانید برای نواسکاشیا اقدام کنید، البته به شرطی که کلیه شرایط اقامت نواسکاشیا و Settlement Plan را داشته باشید.

Q: I hear there’s a cap. Have you reached it yet?

A: The NSOI has received a large number of applications for the Regional Labour Market Demand stream. We will only be nominating 150 in total this calendar year. Please take this into consideration when determining whether you wish to apply to the RLMD.

Q: What will happen to my application after you reach 150?

A: We’ll give you the option of withdrawing your application or keeping it in the queue for next year.

Q: When will I hear whether I’ve made it in or not?

A: We’ll send you a letter once we’ve had an initial look at your application to see if it is complete. We call this “pre-screening.” Because of the large number of applications we’re been receiving under the Regional Labour Market Demand stream, it will take us longer than our normal three months (or less). Please don’t contact us to ask about the status of your application – if you haven’t heard from us, we haven’t reviewed your application yet, and answering calls takes time away from processing your file.

Q: I forgot something in my application – can I send it now, or should I resubmit my application?

A: We’re not able to accept missing documents at this point, and preference is given to complete applications. Wait until you hear from us before sending anything else.

Q: Can I apply to your Nominee Program if I don’t yet have a job lined up?

A: If you have training and experience in an occupation that needs workers, you may qualify for our Regional Labour Market Demand stream, even before you have a permanent job lined up. Read the qualifications and the list of occupations in demand in Nova Scotia carefully on this web site.

Q: My job isn’t included on the In Demand list on your web site. Can I still apply through the Regional Labour Market Demand stream?

A: You will only be eligible if your occupation is listed on the In Demand list.

Q: Do I need to take the IELTS General test if I’ve already passed the IELTS Academic?

A: No, you don’t. You need to prove that you have good ability in English or French, and the IELTS Academic will do that. The different ways that you can prove language competence are outlined in the application guide.

Q: I’ve put in an application to the Nominee Program in another province and not heard anything. Can I apply to your program?

A: You can, if you really want to make a life in Nova Scotia. In order to receive a nomination through the Nova Scotia Nominee Program, you need to meet all of the requirements listed in our guidelines (which you can read on this website), submit a complete application and show that you have a sincere intention to settle permanently in Nova Scotia.
